Mantra Meditation is the most effective process to help us live peacefully in spite of everything that is going on in the world, in our daily lives, and in our minds.
When we practice meditation regularly, we will come to a point na kahit ano pa ang dumating sa buhay, makakayanan natin. Hindi dahil babaguhin natin ang mundo or ang ibang tao, but because we become peaceful deep within ourselves.
Through practicing meditation, we become like a lotus flower.
"A lotus rises above the water untouched by impurities. Similarly, through meditation, a person can live in this world untouched by anxieties."

KIRTAN
WHAT IS
What is Kirtan or Musical Meditation?
Kirtan is the group singing or chanting of the sacred Mantras or the Holy Names. It has the power to change hearts and minds all because it contains a spiritual sound—Mantra.
Mantra is not ordinary material sound. It descended from the spiritual world and purifies every heart it touches.
This is why hindi siya nakakasawang pakinggan. Instead, it gives your mind a place to rest, away from your stress and worries.
Kirtan is generally practiced in a call-and-response style, where one person will lead the Kirtan by chanting a Mantra, and others respond together, repeating the Mantra.
However, it can be practiced with or without instruments and in any musical style, loudly or softly. You can dance or sit; you can practice alone or in a small or large group.
No Hard & Fast Rules in Meditation
Rich or poor, educated or illiterate, Christian, Hindu, Muslim, or whatever faith you may follow, you are welcome to practice Kirtan. There are no strict rules or qualifications; everyone can practice it in their own way and still benefit from it.

Mantra Night is a community of Meditation practitioners offering practical solutions to social & personal issues through an exciting Musical Meditation experience open to everyone.
More than a non-stock, non-profit, and non-sectarian organization, we are volunteers founded on soul-deep care and respect for all. Because we see everyone as children of one God—as souls who are on the journey of finding true happiness and peace—we have come together to share with you the wonderful gift of Meditation for free.
Each of us longs to experience real rest & relief from the anxieties of this world, and Mantra Night hopes to offer support in this journey to self-discovery & peace.
Peace is not something we can find outside of us, but instead is something we should cultivate deep within us through the process of Mantra Meditation.
No matter who you are or what your status is in life, we wish to share the Mantra Night experience with you—an immersive two-hour program that is fun, freeing, and filled with transcendental music that truly satisfies the soul.
