What is Mantra Night?
Mantra Night is a community of Meditation practitioners offering practical solutions to social & personal issues (i.e., stress & anxiety, depression, nervous breakdown, suicidal tendencies, mental health problems, etc.) — through an exciting Musical Meditation experience that is open to everyone.
More than a non-stock, non-profit, and non-sectarian organization, we are volunteers founded on soul-deep care and respect for all. Because we see everyone as children of one God—as souls who are on the journey of finding true happiness and peace—we have come together to share with you the wonderful gift of Meditation for free.


What Meditation Process Do We Practice?
Mantra Meditation is a bonafide spiritual process that purifies our hearts and minds from lust, hate, anger, greed, envy, & other contaminations that cause us so much pain, frustration, overthinking, & loneliness.
With regular practice, we become more peaceful, calm, clear-headed, & resilient. On a deeper level, we can reestablish a loving relationship with God, Who is the true source of the peace and happiness that we are longing for. On a practical level, a clearer mind & a happier heart automatically result in more harmonious relationships with the people around us.
What Are We Offering?
Each of us longs to experience real rest & relief from the anxieties of this world, and Mantra Night hopes to offer support in this journey to self-discovery & peace.
Peace is not something we can find outside of us, but instead is something we should cultivate deep within us through the process of Mantra Meditation.
No matter who you are or what your status is in life, we wish to share the Mantra Night experience with you—an immersive two-hour program that is fun, freeing, and filled with transcendental music that truly satisfies the soul.

Our Program Flow
Gauranga Breathing
We begin with a breathing meditation practice where we focus on the Gauranga mantra, a mantra for peace. This is a great method of relaxing our nervous system, and prepares us to discover our true spiritual identity.

Short Talk
We share wisdom on how to cope with problems caused by mental distress such as anxiety and
depression, or important social and personal issues that you would like our team to address.

Kirtan or Musical Meditation
Kirtan is the heart and soul of Yoga Meditation. It is the singing or chanting of sacred Mantras. Mantras are sacred sounds that have spiritual benefit. It is a deeply satisfying and enjoyable meditation process that everyone, from all walks of life, can dive in.

Japa Meditation
This meditation practice uses the sense of touch, by using beads for chanting. It is a personal meditation practice where we do not try to sit quietly and stop our senses or mind, which is impossible, but rather we redirect into a spiritually purifying activity.

Plant-based Meal
We end the Mantra Night experience with free plant-based meals to create a full circle—a night of complete nourishment for the mind, body, and soul.
